Rates and Fees Specific to Unsecured Credit Cards:
The variable Customary purchase APR will apply to purchases, which is currently 14.90%. Your APRs may increase to the Default APR if you default because you A) fail to make a payment when due or B) exceed your credit limit. Effective February 17, 2010, the Default APR will be called Penalty APR and your APRs may increase to the Penalty APR if you fail to make a minimum payment to us when due. The Annual Fee is between $39 and $79, and the Processing Fee is between $0 and $49, depending upon your creditworthiness.

Rates and Fees Specific to Secured Credit Cards:
The variable Customary APR is 7.9%. An Annual Fee of $35 will apply and will be waived the first year. The Processing Fee is $0. Minimum $200 security deposit required.

Rates and Fees for All Unsecured and Secured Credit Cards:
The variable Cash APR is 20.90%. The variable Default APR is 29.49%. Unless otherwise disclosed, a Cash Advance Fee of 5% ($5 minimum) will apply to balance transfers, including credit card checks, if available, and cash advances. The Minimum Finance Charge is $1. The Foreign Transaction Fee is 3% of the U.S. dollar amount on transactions made in a foreign currency.
